My original aim for Macmillan Coffee Morning 2016 was to focus on making traybakes in advance to spread the amount of work needed. For one thing or another that didn’t happen! Probably was a combination of life and possibly a distrust to baking in advance in case it goes stale. This should have had coconut in it but I excluded it as one of my colleagues is allergic. It did have almonds and pistachios though so wouldn’t have been good for anyone else with a nut allergy!

I first started listening to Japanese music when I started university in 2006. Whilst I was taken aback at the first I was soon fascinated by the new styles I heard. This passion is the basis for Neo Kei, for followers and fans of Japanese popular music. Any style of music is welcome. I am particularly enjoy r'n'b and oshare kei, but I listen to many genres such as para-para, euro beat, visual kei, electronica, hip hop, heavy metal, pop, alternative and many many more.
