The fourth of the traybakes I made for the Macmillan Coffee Morning 2016. Similar to the Carrot, Oat and Walnut Slice, I included this as a healthy-ish non-chocolate option (although I did grate chocolate on top…) I probably left this recipe for last because I wouldn’t want the bananas or cream to spoil.

This was my attempt at having a ‘healthy option’ at the Macmillan Coffee Morning 2016. It was a little odd that the mixture didn’t fit in the tray like it implied it would. Maybe it needs to be a softer consistency to be more spreadable?

Double Chocolate and Raspberry Brownies
Brownies were another mandatory item for Macmillan Coffee Morning 2016. The bake probably would have looked better if I took a photo of a piece. But it was quite a stressful morning to set up and floods of people right at the start, so there wasn’t time for extra photos.
